From shore
to ship.

Request a Provision Quote What We Supply
01 — Scope of Supply

Everything the vessel
needs alongside.

A single requisition list, one point of contact, one delivery. Items are supplied subject to availability, local regulations and port clearance.

01

Food & Beverage Provisions

Fresh provisions, frozen provisions and dry stores; drinking water and beverages; galley requirements against the master's list.

02

Cabin & Hotel Stores

Bedding and linen, cabin consumables, kitchen and galley supplies, hygiene products and cleaning materials.

03

Deck & Engine Stores

General deck and engine-room consumables, hand tools and operational supplies, ropes, brushes and maintenance materials, plus lubrication and technical consumables where available.

04

Safety & Crew Requirements

Personal protective equipment, safety consumables and workwear; first-aid and general crew requirements — subject to availability and the applicable regulations.

05

Urgent Sourcing

Urgent vessel requirements, local procurement coordination, supplier coordination, replacement-item sourcing and technical supply support when something fails at the worst moment.

06

Delivery Coordination

Vessel-agent and port-entry coordination, berth delivery and — where permitted — anchorage delivery, with delivery documentation and a signed receipt on completion.

02 — How It Works

Requisition to
signed receipt.

A clear, auditable sequence — so you always know where the order stands and what it will cost before we buy anything.

STEP 01

Receive Requisition List

Send the master's list by email or WhatsApp — any format, we will work from it.

STEP 02

Review Requirements & Availability

We check what can be sourced locally, what needs lead time, and flag anything restricted at that port.

STEP 03

Submit Quotation

An itemised quotation with quantities, brands or equivalents, and the delivery window.

STEP 04

Source & Quality-Check

Goods are purchased and inspected before they leave for the quay — condition, quantity, dates.

STEP 05

Coordinate With Agent & Port

Delivery is arranged with your agent and the port so the stores meet the vessel, not a closed gate.

STEP 06

Deliver & Obtain Receipt

Delivered to the berth — or the anchorage where permitted — with documentation and a signed receipt.

Good to Know

  • All items are supplied subject to availability, local regulations and port clearance.
  • Brands are matched where possible; equivalents are always flagged before purchase.
  • Anchorage delivery depends on port authority permission and prevailing weather.
  • Short-notice requirements are accepted — tell us the deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Send us the list.

Attach or paste the requisition and tell us the port and window — you will have an itemised quotation back from the nearest office.
